Clanton Wood is a distinguished School Director and NDT Instructor at The Ocean Corporation, boasting a robust eight-year tenure in educational leadership and technical training. With a Master's in accounting and a Bachelor's in economics, complemented by minors in Physics and Statistics, Clanton's academic foundation enriches his approach to teaching and curriculum development. He has been instrumental in launching the innovative hybrid NDT program and plays an active role on the Commercial Diving Training ANSI drafting committee and the board of the Association of Commercial Dive Educators. Clanton’s passion for continuous learning and excellence in education is evident in his dedication to expanding and enhancing the legacy of The Ocean Corporation. Outside the classroom, he is an avid hiker, voracious reader, and devoted dog lover, continually inspired by the sincerity, respect, and passion he shares with students and colleagues alike.
